Act and guess

One question per line. Optional answer after the first pipe (|) or tab; a tab takes precedence. Up to 500 rows, 500 characters per question, 1,000 per answer and 200,000 total characters. Empty lines ignored; duplicate questions retained.

UTF-8 TXT/TSV up to 800,000 bytes. No header or multiline cells. Editing or importing resets the round. Native Excel, Word, PDF and CSV imports are not supported.

Open-ended prompt; there is no standard answer.

Choose 3 or 4 per row for small hand cards and less paper. Text and artwork scale down; longer prompts make the cards taller.

Print the current edited bank without drawing every card first. Cut along the dashed lines. Choose A4 or US Letter in your browser; no account is needed.

Halloween game questions

How do you play Halloween charades with these cards?

Choose Act and guess, then let one player draw a prompt and act it out without speaking. Everyone else guesses before the next player takes a turn. Keep the screen facing the actor, or print and draw the cards face down so the group cannot read the prompt.

Are the Halloween cards suitable for children?

The starter prompts use friendly ghosts, pumpkins and imaginary characters, with no horror images. They are written for readers aged seven and up; an adult can read for younger players. Review the words first and replace anything that does not suit your class or family.

How many Halloween questions are included, and are there answers?

There are 16 acting prompts and a separate bank of 16 easy Halloween questions and riddles. The question mode has supplied answers that you can reveal after collecting guesses. Charades prompts are actions to guess, so that mode does not need a separate answer key.

Will the random Halloween picker repeat a card?

An entry is drawn only once per round. If you enter identical text on several lines, those lines count as separate entries and can both appear. Editing the bank or resetting starts a new round; marking a card complete does not put it back into the pool.

Can I print small Halloween cards with the answers kept separate?

Yes. Choose 2, 3 or 4 cards per row, then print the full edited deck without drawing every card first. The 3- and 4-column layouts make small hand cards. Keep the optional answer key on its own page and cut the decorated fronts along the dashed lines.

Can I add my own Halloween charades or questions?

Edit the prompt bank with one entry per line, or import a UTF-8 TXT or TSV file. In question mode, place an answer after a vertical bar or tab. Editing clears that mode’s current round; Restore this template brings back the original 16 entries.
